Women in Consulting at Washington (WICW) is the premier consulting organization for undergraduate women at the University of Washington. Founded in 2025, WICW provides a space for women to explore consulting, develop professional skills, and connect with mentors in an inclusive and supportive community. Our mission is to empower women of all majors to confidently pursue consulting and leadership opportunities through education, mentorship, and collaboration
